You can knit the Starter Sweater even if you never have tried knitting before, as there are plenty of video guides available via the QR code included in this pattern.

The sweater is knit from the top down. The neck has a rolled edge made by just knit stitches, the raglan increases are worked by wrapping the yarn over the needle, and the edges at the bottom of the sweater and on the cuffs are worked in rib.

The pattern is written without abbreviations.
