Shipping

UK orders 

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked shipping.  These will normally be despatched the next working day.  

International orders 

These are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked shipping.  The buyer should be aware of any customs charges, tariffs and fees, which may be charged upon import to their country.  In the unfortunate event that an order is returned to Treasure from abroad, any customs charges, tariffs and fees would be deducted before the full remaining balance of the order is refunded.  

US orders 

Due to the tariffs being applied for deliveries to the US, any orders shipping to the US may be subject to additional charges.  These will be calculated after the order is received. This allows us to pre-pay the tariffs and allow a smoother delivery process with fewer hold-ups in customs for our customers. Any additional charges are based on the actual cost to ship orders to the US charged by the Royal Mail and converted to a dollar amount. No additional profit or surcharges are applied, we just pass on the actual cost of shipping orders to our US customers.
