Rookie Sweater is a beginner-friendly raglan sweater knitted top down with Ballerina Chunky Mohair and Sequin. A soft and sparkly sweater that is just as suitable for everyday wear as it is for parties – perfect for those who want to try sequins on their needles!

PATTERN OVERVIEW
The sweater is knitted from the top down with one thread of each quality.
The yoke is knitted back and forth with increases for raglan and neckline.
When the increases for neckline are complete, the piece is joined together and knitted in the round in stocking stitch with raglan increases.
When all the stitches have been increased, the piece is divided into sleeves, front and back pieces, and the parts are finished separately.
The neckline is knitted last.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE THIS YARN! It's soft and squishy and perfect for what I'm making. I have to say I'm using a 6mm needle and it's a dream. It glides easily on my needles (KnitPro Zing circulars) and the stitch definition is on point.

Treasure Modern Knitting are great. I got my yarn within a couple of days and I ordered in the Christmas period. I'll be back for sure

Double Sunday Sandnes Garn
