If you're not a fan of this, you can put the yarn in the freezer or soak your finished garment in a vinegar solution to get rid of any unwanted aroma.

Garments made from Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt can be washed in the washing machine using the wool wash programme and a gentle spin cycle. Gently remove excess water and dry the garment flat, preferably on top of a towel. Never use a laundry bag when washing hand-knitted wool garments. This creates friction that can cause the garment to felt.
PetiteKnit patterns are great. I haven’t yet started knitting the Frankie sweater yet but really looking forward to it. In fact I’m going to try knit most of them as I love them all.
