PetiteKnit Sophie scarf yarn kit to knit the PetiteKnit Sophie scarf using Sandnes Garn's beautifully soft Mini Alpakka (60% Alpaca, 40% Wool).

You can also buy the yarn individually in my store if you don't want to buy the pattern. Kit contains:

• A paper copy of the PetiteKnit Sophie Scarf pattern
• 50g of Sandnes Garn Mini Alpakka in the colour selected. 50g is approximately 150m of yarn.
• An official PetiteKnit label

Sizes: small (large) Length from tip to tip: approx. 80 (102) cm [31½ (40¼) inches] Width at center: 11 (13) cm [4¼ (5) inches] Gauge: 22 sts x 42 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in garter stitch on a 3.5 mm [US4] needle Needles: 3.5 mm [US4] / 60 cm [24 inches] circular needle Materials: 50 g Mini Alpakka by Sandnes Garn (50 g = 150 m) Mini Alpaca is a soft and comfortable yarn that is about three times warmer than ordinary wool and thus the most insulating yarn in our product range. The fiber of alpaca hair is hollow and breathable, so it feels warm in cold temperatures and cool in warm ones. Alpaca fiber does not contain lanolin. Our alpaca is of Superfine quality, the term used for alpaca fiber between 25-26 microns (micrometers) and is one of the softest alpaca grades used for hand-knitting yarn. The same fiber is used in both Alpakka and Mini Alpakka, but in different thicknesses - Mini Alpakka is a 3-ply yarn and Alpakka is a 4-ply yarn.
